About the Job

• We are seeking enthusiastic, pragmatic candidates who will market the potential of ASL Contractors Limited as a civil construction and real estate building giant, to seek and obtain mega construction projects from clients on behalf of ASL.
• Candidate must be connected to active clients or organizations seeking professional construction giants to design and/or build structures for them anywhere in Lagos and Nigeria. He or she will be the company’s business development/ commercial representative.
• The candidate will be responsible for exploring new contracts from negotiation to contract agreements from his portfolios and as directed by management.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
• Experience in contracts proposal, negotiation, marketing of company image or related fields.
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

Salary

• Salary Range: N400,000 – N500,000 naira monthly (Net).
