We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Automation Technician

Location: Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

• To carry out the installation and maintenance of automation equipment in Flour Operations as instructed, for effective and efficient performance of control, instrumentation and measurement devices.

Key Responsibilities

• To carry out jobs assignments on installation and maintenance of the automation systems promptly to reduce downtime to the barest minimum.
• To collate and record plant/machines parameters as instructed.
• To engage in troubleshooting/fault finding of automation equipment.
• To account for the usage and handling of materials and tools assigned to him.
• To carry out plants/machines schedule maintenance as assigned.
• Promptly reporting of any job-related issues beyond his control to the Manager.
• To carry out housekeeping functions to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, health and environment standards.

Main Qualifications

• 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English in not more than 2 sittings.
• Minimum of OND in Electrical/Electronics or any related discipline.
• Conversant in ESXI Server Management
• Knowledge in Total Integrated Automation System.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in FMCG industry.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to pay good attention to detail.
• Be assertive and confident.
• Possess analytical skills and critical thinking.
