a. Certificate in Community Health (JCHEW)

• Credit in English, Maths, Biology minimum of Pass in Chemistry and Physics at not more than two sittings in GCE/NECO SSCE

b. Diploma in Community Health (CHEW)

• Credit in English, Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at not more than two sittings in GCE/NECO SSCE.
•  Holders of the JCHEW Certificate, in addition to the Minimum O’ level Requirement, can apply.

c. Diploma in Health Education and Promotion

• Compulsory Credit in English, Maths, Biology and credit in any two of these subjects: Chemistry, Physics, Agric Science Geography or Economics at not more than two sittings in GCE/NECO SSCE
