During the internship, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of the finance industry, including:

• Organizational structure and behavior, and collaboration with business partners across operations
• System knowledge and its applications in the finance sector
• Business justification and decision-making processes
• Identifying process gaps and inefficiencies, and developing action plans to mitigate waste

Ideal Candidate for Schneider Electric Graduate Trainee Finance Internship

To be considered for this internship, you should meet the following requirements:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• You must be a recent graduate within 12 months of graduation
• Be a resident of Lagos state
• Be available to commence the internship in April 2023
• Possess knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Have strong analytical and computer skills, particularly in spreadsheet and financial analysis
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, documentation, and analytical abilities
• Possess great teamwork and communication skills
