ISIPA BOI N5M Loan Application Form Portal 2025: See How to Apply – This article is to guide the general public on the steps and guidelines to apply or register for ISIPA BOI N5M Loan application that is currently ongoing. Imo State Investment Promotion Agency (ISIPA) was established by law in 2010 to facilitate, coordinate, grow and monitor all investments in the state economy with special focus on making the economy private sector driven.

The investment promotion effort of the agency are geared towards proactively marketing Imo State, internationally, regionally and locally as an attractive investment โ€œheartlandโ€ that offers an array of investment opportunities, therefore attracting the right type of investors that will positively contribute to the long term development of Imo State.

ISIPA, in collaboration with BOI, is providing loans to 30 micro-industrialists interested in accessing loan facilities of up to โ‚ฆ5 million for machine acquisition.

Requirements /Eligibility for ISIPA BOI Loan Application

  1. Applicants must have an existing enterprise registered with the CAC (not a limited liability company).
  2. Must not have outstanding bad loans with any financial institution.
  3. Business must be located within Owerri Capital Territory, Ikeduru, Njaba, Nkwere, and neighboring towns around Owerri.
  4. Bank Verification Number (BVN).
  5. Digital National Identification Number (NIN).
  6. Passport photographs.
  7. Business plan.
  8. One-year bank statement.
  9. One guarantor (either a business owner with a CAC-registered enterprise or a civil servant of at least Grade Level 10).

  • Agro-processing.
  • Fashion and garment production.
  • Printing services.
  • Nylon production.
  • Bakeries and pastry production.
  • Aluminium installation.
  • Manufacturing.
  • Welding and fabrication (tanks, gates, doors, etc.).
  • Value addition in food processing.
  • Automobile workshops and furniture making.
  • Livestock farming.
  • Water and plastic production.
