How to get the IPPIS Verification Form and Online Capture- Fill the form Properly

• Visit the official verification portal by clicking here www.verification.ippis.gov.ng
• Enter your IPPIS number that was generated via the procedures discussed earlier.
• Complete the Captcha test by typing a text shown in an image into the provided box.
• Click on the ‘submit’ link.
• You will be redirected to a new page where you should click on the ‘login’ button.
• You will see a form to fill with up-to-date data.
• Having done that, submit the form. That’s all!

How to Generate IPPIS Token for Verification

To get your IPPIS Token, you are expected to follow the steps below

• Login to your IPPIS portal
• Click “generate token”
• Enter your IPPIS number
• Input your active email
• Input your registered phone number and press enter.
• You will get a message from the IPPIS website on your IPPIS token status.
