A suitable applicant should:

1. Possess at least ND or NCE, First Degree, HND or its equivalents. Possess NYSC Discharge Certificate or
   Exemption letter for first degree and HND holders.
2. Be a Nigerian citizen.

4. Be willing to fully dedicate yourself to the assignment.
5. Have a working knowledge of using a computer.
