Job Responsibilities
Candidate must possess the skills on:
- Preparation and maintaining adequate bank-wide loss-data in conformity with global best standards.
- Development of heatmaps to showcase business units where operational losses are being incurred and recommend action plans for mitigation.
- Preparation of monthly dashboard to graphically display operational loss trend according to products, platforms and business units.
- Supervision of bank-wide Risk and Control Self-assessment exercise to identify inherent risk in processes and provide mitigants with action plans to mitigate the identified risks.
- Conducting Risk & Control Self-Assessment of processes to identify ineffective controls and provide mitigants.
- Improve bank-wide awareness and knowledge of operational risk to ensure effective risk culture among the employees.
