We learnt that The new Training invitation sent out to selected Adhoc staffs by the Commission through emails contains details of the training activity, Manual. All approved candidates are advised to constantly check thier mails and be prepared for the training.

The training invite read as follows:

Dear Applicant, Congratulations! We are happy to let you know that your application for the position of Census Adhoc Staff has been accepted. After carefully examining your credentials, work history, and fitness for the position, we are certain that you will be an asset to our team.

You are expected to join all virtual sessions that will be conducted very soon. Please find attached a document containing detailed information about Census Training.

Meanwhile, The Management of NPC has given an update alerting the general public to ignore the fake recruitment email message sent out to some people.

The notice which was given on 11th of July 2023 by NPC management reads below:

Public Notice: Our attention has been drawn to a fake email message being sent to some persons that their application for the position of Census Ad-hoc Staff has been accepted.

The Commission wishes to inform the public that it is not undergoing any recruitment exercise for the Census at the moment. Kindly note that NPC has concluded recruitment of the functionaries for the 2023 Census before the exercise was postponed, training of those already recruited is about to start

Should there be a need for the list of selected candidates to be updated in the future before the Census exercise, it will be announced on the national media and the NPC social media platforms and website.
