Job Title: Business Lead, Academy

Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Business Lead to transform Academy into a leading agribusiness academy and business school.
• The successful candidate will drive strategy, revenue growth, product development, partnerships, and operational excellence while positioning the Academy as a profitable education business.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a profitable product portfolio.
• Lead the Academy’s business strategy and revenue growth.
• Oversee curriculum quality and operational excellence.
• Lead the Academy team and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Drive learner enrolment and institutional partnerships.
• Develop and commercialize training and certification programmes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agribusiness, Education, or a related field.
• Strong commercial, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• 6–8 years’ experience in business leadership, education, or agribusiness.
• Experience managing P&L and driving business growth is an advantage.
