Job Title: Engineering Supervisor

Location: Lagos

About the Job

To ensure effective planned preventive maintenance
Ensure that subordinates are properly trained for the right acquisition of technical skill and knowledge
Ensure that ordering and usage of maintenance spares are properly utilized for better factory operations
Monitor/ co-ordinate factory operations for improved OEE measurement/performance
To ensure that changes and modification to plants/machinery are properly documented for improved factory operations
Ensure that all production machines are optimally available

Job Responsibilities

Ensure efficient support for factory operations
To ensure that plants/machineries are fully utilized to reduce factory downtime
To ensure total compliance to technical operating standards
To ensure safe installations of machineries/equipment
Any other jobs assigned by Supervisor
Carry out any assigned food safety jobs by the head of department/ food safety team
leader

Educational Qualification and Experience

Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Must have at least 3 years relevant work experience in a standard manufacturing environment.
