Job Title: Automation Technician

Location: Apapa, Lagos

Job Description

To carry out the installation and maintenance of automation equipment in Flour Operations as instructed, for effective and efficient performance of control, instrumentation and measurement devices.

Key Responsibilities

To carry out jobs assignments on installation and maintenance of the automation systems promptly to reduce downtime to the barest minimum.
To collate and record plant/machines parameters as instructed.
To engage in troubleshooting/fault finding of automation equipment.
To account for the usage and handling of materials and tools assigned to him.
To carry out plants/machines schedule maintenance as assigned.
Promptly reporting of any job-related issues beyond his control to the Manager.
To carry out housekeeping functions to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
Ensuring compliance with safety, health and environment standards.

Main Qualifications

5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English in not more than 2 sittings.
Minimum of OND in Electrical/Electronics or any related discipline.
Conversant in ESXI Server Management
Knowledge in Total Integrated Automation System.
Minimum of 2 years experience in FMCG industry.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Be able to pay good attention to detail.
Be assertive and confident.
Possess analytical skills and critical thinking.
