Fidelity Bank Plc Recruitment 2026 for Retail Sales Coordinator – Fidelity Bank Plc began operations in 1988 as Fidelity Union Merchant Bank Limited. By 1990, it had distinguished itself as the fastest growing merchant bank in the country. However, to leverage the emerging opportunities in the commercial and consumer end of financial services in Nigeria, in 1999, it converted to commercial banking and changed its name to Fidelity Bank Plc. It became a universal bank in February 2001, with a license to offer the entire spectrum of commercial, consumer, corporate and investment banking services.

Job Title: Retail Sales Coordinator

What Will You Do

The Retail Sales Coordinator will oversee day-to-day retail banking operations while ensuring excellent customer service and driving business growth.
Responsibilities include coaching and supporting sales teams, assisting with retail product implementation, maintaining relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and analyzing market trends to meet targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nigeria.

Main Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
Team Leadership, Coaching, and Collaboration skills
Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, and Organizational abilities
Prior experience in retail banking, financial services, or a related industry is an advantage
Proven ability to meet sales objectives and KPIs.
Proven skills in Customer Relationship Management, Client Interaction, and Networking
Strong background in Sales, Business Development, and Product Promotion
Proficiency in Data Analysis, Market Research, and Financial Insights
