We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Security Supervisor

Location: Eruwa, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Supervises and coordinate the duties and activities of the security personnel.
Ensure that the infrastructural facilities assigned to security for the protection of the entire company are in good condition.
Ensure that rules and procedures are implemented and strictly obeyed by all staff; customers, contractors and visitors.
Ensure proper record keeping of documents, information and correspondence on matters relating to security operations.
Ensure that no guard possess, sell or consume intoxicants, drugs or substance capable of intoxicating while on duty.
Supervise and inspect all access area and potential penetrating points i.e. fences, gates perimeter walls to detect vulnerabilities.
Maintain and enforce discipline of security staff at all times.
Ensure that security personnel are properly dressed in their uniform while on duty and beat instructions are strictly followed
Ensure and guarantee the safety and protection of lives of workers, company’s assets and visitors to the company.
Ensure that security personnel are regularly educated trained and retrained in their duties.
Issue and control security kits, such as whistle, boot and uniforms to the operatives.
Write Weekly / Monthly security report.
Check all security registers daily
Patrol all beats regularly.
Carry out any other sundry functions and duties as may be deemed legitimately related to security assigned by the FarmManager.
