We work with an array of companies and institutions across the country and our clients include many top corporations. We have our Nigerian office in Ikoyi Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Engineer – Fire Safety Installation Expert (Mechanical / Electical)

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced Fire Safety Installation Expert to carry out start-to-finish installations of fire alarm and firefighting systems.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, excellent knowledge of fire safety installations, and a minimum of 7 years of experience in the fire safety industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, install, test, and commission fire alarm and firefighting systems
• Carry out site surveys to determine fire safety requirements
• Ensure compliance with relevant fire safety regulations and standards
• Collaborate with clients to understand their fire safety needs and provide tailored solutions
• Supervise and train junior technicians on fire safety installations
• Develop and implement fire safety plans and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential fire hazards
• Install and maintain fire detection and suppression systems

Main Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in fire safety installations
• Mechanical background (B.Sc or HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related field)
• Strong knowledge of fire safety installations, including fire alarm and firefighting systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to commute daily to Ikoyi, Lagos
• Ability to join immediately
• Experience with automation systems and piping
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in fire safety installations (e.g., CFSP, CFI-I)
• Experience with international fire safety standards and regulations
• Knowledge of Nigerian fire safety regulations and standards.

Salary
N250,000 – N400,000 Monthly.
