Federal Fire Service Recruitment 2025: CDCFIB Announce FFS Vacancies – The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has opened applications for internal and external candidates to fill mid-management positions in the Federal Fire Service. Qualified staff from Federal, State or Local Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) are invited to apply.

Deputy Controller of Fire (DCF) — CONPASS 14

Assistant Controller of Fire — CONPASS 13

Chief Superintendent of Fire — CONPASS 12

Superintendent of Fire — CONPASS 11

Submit your application and scanned documents in PDF format to the Board’s email: info@cdcfib.gov.ng. Applications must be submitted within one week of the announcement.

Eligibility & Statutory Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Be an employee of a Federal, State, or Local Government MDA
• Minimum height: 1.65m for males; 1.60m for females.
• Be physically and mentally fit.
• Provide a Letter of Identification from local government of origin. Provide evidence of confirmation of appointment.
• Submit three (3) years APER/PMS where applicable.
• Provide Certified True Copy (CTC) of Record of Service and copies of previous appointment letters.
• Have no criminal record and be free from financial embarrassment
• Submit a Medical Certificate of Fitness from a government-recognized hospital.
• Personnel of paramilitary services are not eligible to apply.

Application Deadline

All documents must be submitted in PDF format no later than 15 December 2025. The Board stresses that this application is absolutely free.
